Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during product launches, promotional events, or holiday periods.

UK Shipping

We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

Standard UK Delivery: 2–4 business days

Free UK Shipping: Available on orders over £45.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

International Shipping

At this time, Lune Beauty only ships within the United Kingdom.

We hope to expand our shipping destinations in the future.

Delivery Delays

While we always aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, severe weather, or public holidays.

Lune Beauty is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services once your parcel has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order.

Lune Beauty cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
