Yes. We offer free UK standard shipping on all orders over £45.

At the moment, Lune Beauty ships exclusively within the United Kingdom. We look forward to expanding internationally in the future.

UK orders typically arrive within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may vary during busy periods.

Yes. Every Lune Beauty product is 100% cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
Our formulas are carefully developed with gentle, high-quality ingredients. However, we always recommend carrying out a patch test before first use.

Store your products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat to maintain their quality and performance.
RETURNS
Can I return my order?
Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible items. Products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We're sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at contact@lunebeauty.info, including your order number and photographs of the item. We'll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and inspected, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to complete the transaction.
